Who we are
NB Construction provides emergency roof tarping and storm damage repair for roofs, siding, windows, chimneys, and skylights across Nassau and Suffolk County, New York.
Information we collect
When you submit our request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address (optional), property address or town, the service you need, whether your roof is actively leaking, your insurance status, and any notes you add.
We also automatically record technical and campaign information with your submission, including the page you submitted from, your browser user agent, your IP address, and advertising parameters such as UTM tags and Facebook click identifiers.
How we use your information
We use your information to contact you about your storm damage request, schedule an inspection or emergency tarping, document damage for your insurance claim, and keep internal records of the job in our customer management system.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate this site and run our business, such as our hosting, database, email, and customer relationship management providers.
Meta Pixel and advertising
This website uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising. When you visit the site, the pixel records a page view. When you submit the form, we report a lead event to Meta.
